Can we ship items?
We can ship items for you. There is a $3.75 charge per box on top of the normal UPS delivery charge. We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise notified. You are welcomed to drop off pre printed UPS/Fed Ex/DHL labels, for which there is no charge to attach to the boxes.

Can items be drop shipped for printing?
You can have items drop shipped to us for printing. We will take in your order and count the items in for you, if they are under 100 peices. However, it is not our responsibility to make sure the items are all here. Due to tight scheduling, items may not be counted until just before the order is printed. Any shortage of items may prosomething the completed due date for your order.

Can we print on hats?
We can only print on 5 panel hats; 6 panel hats can only be printed on if they are special "screener" hats. This means any hat or visor that does not have a seam running through the printing area. We are limited to two print colors on light colored hats and one print color on dark colored hats.

How long will it take to complete my order?
Turn around time depends on our scheduling at the time of ordering. We ask for two weeks from time of ordering to complete the order. We should have the art and shirts in house with all Purchase Order details ASAP at that time.

Can an order be printed quickly, if necessary?
We can print certain orders within days if necessary, however, rush charges may pertain. Rush times depend on our schedule at time of order.

Will you make sure the items are there prior to printing?

It is not our responsibility to count in items. We do count in items prior to printing for orders under 100 pieces if the purchase order states the size breakdown. Bigger orders are estimated by the amout of cases. Shortages in orders do happen occasionally. We recommend that you check with your provider to make sure no items are backordered or replaced, which may postpone the complete date for your order.


What determines the final price of my order?

Prices are determined by the amount of shirts, number of print colors, number of print locations, art time, turnaround time, and color of items. In general, the more shirts you order, the less you will pay per shirt. You can contact us for a quote.


What items can be printed?
We can print on almost any wearable material, towels, or fabrics made of cotton or polyester.

What is your minimum piece order?

Our minimum print order is 12 pieces, depending upon the printed image. We reserve the right to not take orders or change the minimum order at any given time.

Is there an art charge if I send the file in a proper format?
This depends on what is being printed. In general, logos should sent as vectorized formats and photographic images should be sent as bitmapped images. Click here for details.

How long before I can see my custom design?

If we are creating the art, we will email you a digital proof for approval before printing. Depending upon the size of the order, the art is usually sent days before the completion date. Please allow more time for photographic art.

How accurate is the emailed color proof?

The emailed proof will be fairly accurate in art design, however, the colors will not necessarilly be accurate due to personal color calibration of your monitor. PMS colors will be listed on your viewable file when appropriate. The detail will be exact and the printed size will be noted. Click here for a digital proof sample of what you will recieve.

How many colors can be printed per design?

We can print up to eight colors on a light colored shirt, seven colors plus a primer on dark colored shirts.

When do I have to pay for the invoice?
A 50% payment is required to place an order unless you have an established account with us. The remainder is to be paid at time of pick up.

Do I need to pay for the order before hand?
A 50% payment is required to place an order. The remainder is due at time of pick up. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and MONEY ORDERS.

What is the shipping charge?

We use UPS Ground service unless otherwise noted. We ship UPS only. Charges vary depending upon delivery location. A $3.75 charge is added to the UPS per box if we are to print the labels. If labels are provided by the customer then there is no additional charge.
